In – charge of the overall supervision of the Branch.
Ensures that all employees have a complete understanding of and adheres to the Company’s Employees Rules and Regulations.
Updates Owners of the operations of the Branch.
Coordinates anything that needs to be done in the branch with suppliers including repairs, maintenance and provides daily updates to Owner/Owner.
Checks petty cash and replenishes if needed.
Observes branch staff & makes sure everything is done correctly and reports any mistakes, and make suggestions for improvement.
Acts as cashier if no one is around to do cashiering.
Checks previous day’s sales and report, inventories and PO.
Counts previous day’s sales and checks cash fund.
Checks on all items/inventories and par level in the counter and check other items in preparation for the peak time.
Delegates bank deposit to the cashier.
Checks inventory, sales, and other reports.
Prepares schedules and other related reports.
Makes sure shelves and counters area are wiped.
Checks branch daily time record (DTR) on daily basis.
Responsible in relieving all key positions.
Monitors fast and slow moving items (Prepares weekly report to present to Owner).
Stock requisition – prepares requisition of products (products for sale and branch supplies) based on the stock level consumed or issue.
Reconcile any discrepancy from audit report. Reconciliation should be done within one week.
Work hand-in-hand with the owner to ensure excellent branch operation and maximum performance of each staff member’s duties at all times. Must be able to discuss and devise ways and means to achieve this goal and anticipate potential problems.
