Job Description:
- Maintains the cleanliness in the dispensing area
- Promotes rational drug use to patients and clients
- Make and supervise the filling and refilling of prescriptions
- Check the labels of all dispensed drug
- Dispenses contraceptives and devices
- Monitor quality of stocks and their inventory
- Respond to law and policies implemented by DOH-DFA
- Shall be pharmacovigilance to drugs’ auxiliary effects and adverse effects while they are in the market.
Job Description:
- To perform cashiering as the major responsibility.
- To possess knowledge and technical skills on standard cashiering procedures.
- Makes sure accurate customers official receipt giving out to the customer.
- Accounts for all cash payments every after end of the shift or operation regardless of shortage/or overage.
- Logs deliveries for the day in the Inventories Logbook.
- Assists suppliers who are picking up payments and reports to the Supervisor.
- Accounts for branch petty cash fund for the day.
- Distributes flyers during slack periods.
- Deposits sales to the authorized bank (if Senior Pharmacy Assistant is not available).
- Advises supervisor if stocks/supplies are at minimum level.
- Assigned to clean assign area
